Job Description

The Global Financial Information Center, Oracle India Private Limited captive unit based in Bangalore. GFIC provides financial services to Oracle subsidiaries in different countries and to Oracle’s suppliers and customers from Bangalore, India.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Transaction Processing

Conducts research on past customer data, using information already present in the system or by contacting internal & external stakeholders.

Collects information on invoice details for the allocated customer(s)

Takes action to resolve issues resulting from errors caused internally or due to customer dissatisfaction, that affect payment.

Takes necessary action in cases of payment failure beyond stipulated time period.

2. Customer Interaction

Interacts with the customer, based on information collected, to ensure payment

3. Exception Handling

Handles exceptions relating to process within ones scope

Escalates to Sr. Analyst / Team Lead as required if necessary

4. Transaction Audit

Conducts peer audit

5. Report Generation

Generates necessary regular and ad-hoc reports

6. Contribution to projects

Participates in projects including quality projects, data migration projects on account of acquisitions and organisational initiatives as required

Qualification:

Any graduate.

Desired Profile:

Mandatory experience in voice based process/International Call Centre background/B2B or B2C collections.

Good communication skills.

Good thought process.

Ok to work in night shift.
